How big is Solar Power Northeast?
Around 1,500 attendees and over 70 exhibitors attend.
What is the dress code
Attendees should come in business/business casual attire.
Are children allowed to attend?
No infants or children under the age of 18 are allowed on the exhibit floor or in education sessions.
What is the policy on photography?
A professional photographer will be on site to document Solar Power Northeast and event activities. Photographs and video footage are the sole property of Solar Energy Trade Shows, LLC. By registering for and/or attending this event, you consent to being recorded or photographed for press or promotional purposes without limitation or compensation. All images submitted through any show management tool or device will be considered the property of Solar Energy Trade Shows, LCC upon submission and can be used for press and/or promotional purposes without limitation or compensation. All submitted pictures will be reviewed by show management for approval before use.
Is there a mobile app?
The mobile app will be live one week before the event. All attendees will receive an email with information about downloading the app.
Is there an attendee list available?
We compiled a list of companies that plan to attend. We do give our sponsors a list of attendees with names, but we never give out contact information such as a phone or email address for any reason.
Can I get the slides from the education sessions?
Only Full Conference attendees will be able to receive the education slides. In order to gain access to the education slides, you need to download the mobile app. Full Conference attendees will receive special access to download the slides in the app, and can opt to have the presentation slides emailed as well.

Registration, Housing, & Transportation

What is the cost to attend?
Registration costs vary. Please review the registration webpage for member/non-member costs, and what's included in each registration type.
Is there a cost to attend if I'm an elected government official?
Government Elected Officials interested in attending Solar Power Northeast are eligible to register at no cost. This complimentary pass includes everything that is included in full Conference Registration. Please note that to qualify as a Government Elected Official you must be an Elected Official in government, through election. Employees working in the office of an elected official do not qualify. Please email customerservice@sets.solar in order to obtain the promotional code.
Is there a cost to attend if I'm a press member?
Those interested in attending as press should submit press credentials, links to published articles, and what they plan to cover at the event to Gregory Brey at gbrey@sets.solar for verification. Please note that analysts will not be approved to attend as press. Each press registration is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Solar Power Northeast reserves the right to require registration payment to attend at any time, for any reason.
How do I make a hotel reservation?
Solar Power Northeast has negotiated discounted hotel rate to help you save money while you are in Boston for the event. Please refer to our housing page to see rates and secure a reservation.
