Expanding Solar Deployment Opportunities in the Commercial and Industrial Sector: An Introduction to Property Assessed Clean Energy
Learn about Property Accessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing and why it is an innovative tool to open up the potential of commercial & Industrial solar markets in Texas.
What is PACE?
Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) enables commercial property owners to retrofit their facilities with more efficient technologies that will reduce water and/or energy usage, by using a long-term low-cost loan secured with an assessment on the property. This enables 100% financing for energy and water efficiency projects, with no money out of pocket.
What is a PACE Service Provider Training?
The PACE Service Provider Training workshop is a unique opportunity to learn about the PACE financing mechanism and how it can benefit your business or property.
