Exhibiting at Solar and Energy Storage Midwest is an investment and we want it to have a big return. These resources are here to make your job easier and get the most bang for your buck onsite. With your booth, you receive two complimentary staff passes for the event. In order to redeem your passes, you need to enter your unique promo code in the registration form. You will receive your code shortly after you sign your booth space contract.

All other staff working the event MUST purchase a pass at the regular rate. Note that there is only one pass type for this event. We do not sell exhibit only or one-day passes.

Make sure to book your housing early, as discounted rooms in our housing block are limited. The housing deadline is Monday, October 21, 2019 at 11:59 pm CT, or when the block sells out, whichever comes first.
The exhibits will be located in the Palmer House Hilton: 17 East Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603.

BOOTH SPACE & DESIGN
Any solid object taller than 4 ft. must be placed in the back half (back 3 ft.) of your booth. There is a maximum booth height of 8 ft. A simple booth design, with items such as a branded tablecloth, a pop-up banner, promotional materials, etc. is highly recommended. Please note that due to limited space, shipments should NOT arrive any earlier than five (5) days prior to the group’s arrival. Packages stored must be picked up within 24 hours of storage. All packages and freight deliveries to the hotel are managed through The UPS Store. To ensure proper processing, please address all materials as follows:

We highly suggest that exhibitors pre-print their RETURN shipping labels and schedule a pickup through their preferred carried, such as UPS or FedEx, once the show has ended.

Promote your presence at the show and generate interest in your company using banners and the event logo, posting on social media, and sending out a customer invitation letter.
EXHIBITOR FLOOR PLAN AND SEARCH TOOL
Map Your Show (MYS) is the official provider for the event floor plan and exhibitor search tool. Please log in and update your company profile, as this information is already public to attendees and will be published in the printed onsite guide. You can also make payments toward your booth, view advertising opportunities, and access leads and statistics generated through the online directory.
Move-in: Wednesday, November 13, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Thursday, November 14, 6:00 am – 8:00 am
Move-out: Friday, November 15, 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm
*Booth must be completely set by 8:00 am on Thursday, November 14.
The Exhibition Hall will be locked overnight; however, we highly recommend you lock or remove equipment from your booth when you are not present and overnight. Please refer to the exhibitor contract you signed, to learn more about our liability terms and conditions.
