The Solar Energy Industries Association, the Smart Electric Power Alliance, and Solar Power Events takes the safety of its exhibitors, sponsors, partners, speakers, and attendees very seriously.
We continue to work with local health authorities and monitor recommendation from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for essential large group meetings and events. In compliance with the health and safety recommendations, we will provide updates on occupancy levels, personal protective equipment and wearing masks, social distancing, cleaning protocols, and provide other important information. We anticipate regular COVID-19 pandemic updates between now and June, please check back soon for additional details.
Health and Safety
We require participants to fully comply with appropriate COVID-19 health and safety protocols for attendance at Solar and Energy Storage Northeast, including the requirement to wear face masks at all times and maintain appropriate (at least 6’) social distance in accordance with applicable state and local requirements. Attendees will not attend if he/she is sick, or if he/she is experiencing symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who is sick.
Attendees at Solar and Energy Storage Northeast are expected to make every effort to maintain CDC-recommended hygiene procedures, including, regularly hand washing, when not available use hand sanitizer, avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth in public places, covering coughs or sneezes with a tissue or the inside of the elbow, avoid touching including handshakes and hugs, etc.

Our Safely Connecting Initiative is our commitment to not only providing you a world-class event, but also a safe place to connect and get the latest technologies and solutions to transform our industry.
Working with the guidance of global, federal, and local health professionals, our team has worked diligently to assess each layer of the event to ensure that our space most importantly fosters the safest environment for you to do business. Our Safely Connecting Initiative includes several measures in a multi-tier approach that will ensure we deliver a safe experience at this year’s event.
We will continue to evolve as health guidelines and your needs change, ensuring the safest and most comfortable experience for everyone joining us at the event. With your help this year, Solar and Energy Storage Northeast will continue to be the place that provides community, support, and answers for our industry.
