Vaccination or negative COVID test required for attendance.
All participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and staff will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or a negative test from no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at Solar and Energy Storage Texas in San Antonio. To keep the process efficient and touchless, proof of vaccination will be submitted and verified through a secure, online system.
We have partnered with Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via free mobile app.
Cloth Masks. Face coverings will be required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Masks will be provided for anyone who needs one. If you forget your mask or wear a face covering that is not permitted on site, then we will provide you with a replacement mask. All face masks must fully cover the nose and mouth. If you choose to use a face shield, you must also wear a mask underneath.
The following are not permitted:
- Neck Gaiters
- Open chin triangle bandanas
- Face masks with valves, vents, mesh material or holes of any kind.
Show Management will consider, on a case by case basis, exceptions to this policy for medical reasons if accompanied by a note from your physician.
Show floor flow. We've limited the number of booths in each expo hall to allow for better social distancing.
Booths. Companies should explore adding plexiglass shields to counters or meeting tables and other social distancing measures. GES can provide new, social-distancing booth packages to enable your company get in and out quickly with minimal set up.
Giveaways. We recommend limiting your giveaways and take advantage of the digital ways we are offering to distribute collateral.
Sanitation Stations. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Touch-free hand sanitizer, as well as gloves and alcohol wipes will be available as well.
Regular Cleaning. We will work with the event hotel and other venues to confirm they have increase cleaning regiments.
Registration. All attendees must pre-register digitally. To minimize time spent at registration, badges will be pre-printed and can be picked up from a designated registration counter.
Concessions. We are working with the venue to provide pre-packaged food and beverage options.
